Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( cp premium helmets ag, lohwisstrasse 42, 8123 Ebmatingen; Tel.: 0041/ 43 366 20 80; E-mail: customerservice@cp-helmets.com ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for the purchase price immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. In principle, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the return is made within Germany, we charge a return fee of €7.50, which will then be deducted from your refund. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
